I ate at Foc-Hour twice and I the food was decent. First of all, it is mix of Chinese and Vietnamese food. The lady who runs the place doesn't speak very good English but you can wing it just enough to get your needs across. They accept Credit cards as well so no need to have only cash here. If you're American or if you like your food spicy, the food by default is pretty bland. However, there is Sriracha to help you out. If you're walking towards the arc de triomphe, this is a good place to stop as it's probably a 5-7 minute walk away.

5th day in Paris and this Chinese man was craving Chinese food. Chinese dudes know that the need for rice is real. Found this place by our hotel and the food was a pleasant surprise. Nothing fancy, it's a no nonsense Chinese food place where you pick your dishes, they weigh it heat it up and you eat it. Food was just what we expected.
